The Minotaurus.
The Minotaurus race is a brutish, one and usually seen as primitive beings. Their large muscular bodies, can easily tower over a large variation of other races.
Though not all of them is as brutish as the savage ones. Some got a more formal life in cities, while some have been forced into slavery for merchants and such. Yet beside the slaved ones, we got the proper formal ones. The ones having houses, and living peacefully with the commonfolk in the town.
Though minotaurus do have a hard time learning new things, they like to hold traditions and not much for changes. Expect some of course. Most of the minotaurus does live in tribes out in the woods and mountain areas, living in caves and tents.

The Moosetaurus.
This kind of minotaurus evolved in another way, grown a more moose like appeares though keeping most of the same features. Moosetaurus is mostly seen in towns, as they have got more into the formal blood-line compared to the minotaurus.
Moosetaurus' can have a minotaurus like body while having their horns as a moose, or oppisite, with a moosetaurus like body and minotaurs horns.
